Duane Cutler
CEO & Founder
Mr. Cutler is a seasoned executive with broad experience in company structure, strategy, and market and product development.
Starting with his studies at BYU in Business Management, he transitioned into a seasoned businessman and leader through many executive leadership roles. He helped guide the business and culture as C.O.O of Morrell International, Boulder Ranch Properties, and most recently Growgenix Solutions (a.k.a. Groviv and later Grōv Technologies), an innovative AgTech company which developed an industrial scale fully-autonomous indoor grow system for fresh animal feed.
Daniel Cluff
President & Founder
Mr. Cluff has a Masters of Administration from Lamar University, and a Bachelors in Biology from Dixie State University. He spent 15 years as an Earth Science Teacher, Licensed Landscape Contractor, and Research Analyst. He served three years as a City Councilman of Washington City, one of the fastest growing communities in America. He continues to be active in political issues surrounding water and environmental enhancement. He oversees the Research and Development for our Soil and Water program and products.
Jeremy Andra
Vice President & Founder
Jeremy Andra is a dynamic business development and management performer with broad experience in new start-up companies and business expansions within existing companies, particularly in emerging markets. Mr. Andra is proud to sit on the board of directors for the World Trade Center Utah, the board of governors for Utah Aerospace & Defense Association, as well as on the Advisory Committee for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. Strengths in strategic planning and developing products and services for international markets. Mr. Andra helped bring multiple products to the market, including the Auto CPAP, Rapid Covid Test kits, and the Auto Andra Gauge which won Innovation of the Year under the Medical Category. He is effective at building influence with industry KOL’s and nurturing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Colleen Copple
Grants and Governmental Coordinator
Colleen Copple serves as the Grants and Governmental Coordinator for Bactelife Industries. She has 30 years of experience working with for-profit and non-profit companies and organizations on organizational development, grants, and government relations. Colleen has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal governments, foundations and civil society across a wide range of issue areas from crime, violence, substance abuse, gangs, guns, trafficking, child protection and women empowerment to international work in Latin America and Africa focused on gender-based violence, poverty, HIV/AIDS, youth employment, economic development, food security, and more. She is passionate about solving local, national and global challenges. That includes building the capacity of organizations to rise to their full potential, influence and impact in the world.
